The MeterSense portal
app.metersense.io is a customer portal for authorised users. It processes account credentials, organisation membership, meter identifiers, and related operational data required to deliver the service. Access is invitation-based through Flotech.
What we collect (typical)
- Business contact details you send us by email or phone
- Portal login identifiers and role assignments for authorised users
- Metering telemetry and configuration needed to operate MeterSense
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Service providers that host or support MeterSense infrastructure may process data on our instructions. We may disclose information where required by Australian law.
